Privacy policy

This website does not collect personal information about you. Here is the detail behind that sentence.

Last updated October 7, 2026. It covers the pages served from regulationhq.com.

The short version

  • No account, no sign-up form, no newsletter, no contact form.
  • No cookies on any public page.
  • No analytics, no advertising, no tracking pixels.
  • No third-party embeds: booking a call takes you to Calendly.
  • We do not sell or share personal information.

What this website collects

Nothing. There is nowhere on this site to type your name, your email address or anything else: no account, no sign-up, no newsletter, no contact form, no comments and no live chat. You can read every page here without telling us who you are, and we would not know you had visited.

The only place anything can be entered is the private editor we use to manage this site, and that sits behind a password. It is not part of the website as you see it, and no visitor has a way into it.

Cookies

We set no cookies on any public page, so there is nothing here to accept or refuse and no banner to dismiss. Signing in to that private editor sets one cookie so the sign-in stays valid. It is strictly necessary, it is marked HttpOnly, Secure and SameSite=Strict, it is only ever sent to us, and it holds nothing about you.

Analytics and advertising

There are none. No Google Analytics, no advertising or remarketing pixels, no social media trackers, no heatmaps or session recording and no testing tools. We do not build a profile of visitors and we have no advertising audience to sell.

Booking a call

Every booking button on this site is an ordinary link that opens Calendly in a new tab. Nothing from Calendly is loaded by this website, so no Calendly code runs while you are here, and this website never sees or stores what you type there.

Calendly is a separate company and handles that information under its own terms: read the Calendly privacy notice (opens in a new tab) and Calendly’s notice for California residents (opens in a new tab). When a call is booked we receive the name, email address and any notes you chose to give Calendly, and we use them for one thing: running that call and following up about it. We do not add you to a mailing list, we do not pass the details to anyone else, and we never use them for advertising.

The Calendly page we use for booking is calendly.com/paolo-regulationhq/15min (opens in a new tab).

Email

If you email us, we receive your address and whatever you wrote, and we use it only to reply. We do not add you to a mailing list and we do not share it.

The one thing we do store

Like any website, requests to this one pass through our host and its network (Cloudflare), which processes each request - including the IP address it came from - so it can deliver the page, keep the site online and absorb attacks. That processing is covered by the Cloudflare privacy policy (opens in a new tab), and we do not use it to identify or profile visitors.

The only personal information this website keeps for itself is the IP address of failed attempts to sign in to our private editor. It is held for up to 24 hours, for one reason only: to slow down and block password guessing. Ordinary visitors never cause one to be created.

California residents

We do not collect, sell or share personal information as the California Consumer Privacy Act defines those terms, and we never have. There is no profile to look up, no data broker involved and nothing to opt out of. If you have sent us an email and want it deleted, write to paolo@regulationhq.com and we will delete it.

Children

This site is written for people at work and is not aimed at children. We do not knowingly collect anything from anyone under 13.

Links to other websites

This policy covers only the pages served from regulationhq.com. If you follow a link to somewhere else - Calendly, an article, a partner - that website’s own privacy policy applies, and we are not responsible for it.

Changes to this policy

If any of the above stops being true, this page changes first and the date at the top changes with it. We will not quietly begin collecting something we have told you we do not collect.

Questions

Write to paolo@regulationhq.com with any question about this policy, or to have anything we hold erased. We answer every message.
